This building, originally known as the Albert C. Webb Automobile Company, was built in 1920. In 1906, Webb also constructed the "GOAT," which was one of the earliest fire fighting trucks produced in both the United States and Canada. Now, the building has been restored to include two class A commercial spaces and a back alley apartment with a roof deck.
